Craft Council HotHouse Programme 2020

HotHouse supports Designer-Makers at the start of their career. It is a part time programme run over six-months that gives makers the skills they need to build a sustainable successful craft business.

Speaking at Work was asked to curate and deliver a virtual training programme to support developing confidence when they were pitching themselves and their ideas.

  • Primary Goal: To grow and support the participants ability to pitch highly conceptual products with personal and professional confidence.

IT Start-up supporting banks to move away from legacy IT systems.

IT Start-up with rapid international growth over the last five years, which looks set to continue. Employees are 25-45, highly educated, analytical thinkers, creating and selling highly technical solutions to mixed and non-technical audiences.

  • Primary Goal: To optimise the impact of technical information delivered in presentations & town hall meetings increasing customer engagement.

Financial company providing fast unsecured loans for SME’s to enable small business to grow, benefiting both investors and business owners.

  • Primary Goal: To develop vocal Executive Presence in a younger account management team to increase clients ability to respect & trust the account manager and the services offered.
