3 Ways to Quieten your inner Critic

We all have an inner critic. For some of us, the noise they create is so loud it makes Public Speaking terrifying, for others, it is a nuisance.

In this video we will look at one psychological approach we can take to quieten down the chatter from the inner critic.

We will also look at two physical approaches we can take to get the body feeling more confident which also helps calm the mind.
