By focussing your 60 seconds on your client’s difficulty you show you understand their problem and pain and you have a wonderful solution for them.

We tend to focus on the who, when and what, which is significantly less interesting for your audience – at least to start with!

So grab their attention by focusing on the transformation you offer.
