She says, it may be slightly uncomfortable to say out loud, and if it is then you can be sure you are near to a fundamental truth.
When we say something that is truthful to us, our audience will see and hear it in our body and our voice. They will feel that they are getting to know and like you and that will move them towards trusting you.
