Hello I'm Emma,
I am a communication expert and executive speaker coach, and I specialise in helping women in business master their voice, presence and storytelling so they can grow their influence and impact. I work with senior women in larger organisations and women running growing businesses who are stepping into bigger rooms and higher-stakes conversations.
My background is in voice coaching, leadership development and high-stakes communication, and over the years I have worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies, high-growth businesses and global organisations to help them elevate their executive presence and feel confident holding the room.
I deliver workshops and coaching that support women to communicate with clarity, credibility and authenticity, whether they are in a boardroom, on a stage, in a high-stakes meeting, or simply talking to one person in a corridor.

When I am away from my desk you will find me at the beach with the kids and the dog, messing about in the sea, or swinging in my garden chair with nose in a good book. I bake an incredible chocolate cake but am allergic to the stuff! I discovered I was dyslexic when I was 46 and it was such a relief. The highest place in the world I have ever been is Machu Picchu in Peru.
