Meet the Team

Hello, I'm Emma!

I have had a gloriously squiggly career, starting in pharmaceutical sales, then training as a Speech and Language Therapist. After a short and sweet affair with the NHS, I became Operations Director in a successful event business, before finding my true passion and training as Voice Coach at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Having worked in the public and private sectors, in corporate and in start-ups, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you raise your visibility and credibility at work.

I do that through by using our FLOW Framework, which takes an inside out approach. Everything you think will impact your body, breath and your voice, so if you have any sense of not being enough in any leadership scenario your body, breath and voice will tell tales on you and your audience will know. Leadership presence is about aligning your thoughts with effective body language and an influential message, authentically delivered. It’s about being able to influence even when you are not in the room. Our coaching approach enables us to help you do with ease, consistency and without losing your personality in the process.

When I am away from my desk you will find me at the beach with the kids and the dog, messing about in the sea, or swinging in my garden chair with my nose in a good book. I bake an incredible chocolate cake but am allergic to the stuff! I discovered I was dyslexic when I was 46 and it was such a relief!! The highest place in the world I have ever been (so far) is Machu Picchu in Peru.

Hello, I'm Kit!

I am an experienced Voice and Communication Coach, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting and a Master of Arts degree in Voice Studies: Teaching and Coaching.

I work internationally, predominantly between Dubai and London.

My background in acting has provided me with a foundation for exploring various communication techniques. My training as a voice coach shaped my ability to distil these methods and empower individuals to become confident, clear, and impactful communicators.

Unlocking one's full vocal potential extends beyond the realm of the arts. As a result, I collaborate with a wide range of corporate professionals, from dynamic startups to established industry leaders and prestigious institutions such as Trade Web, Dell, and UCL.

My coaching approach is a practical one that addresses aspects of communication, including body language, breath control, vocal expression, and managing performance anxiety. These skills aid my clients in enhancing presence, active listening, speech clarity, and overall effectiveness in corporate communication.

As a coach, I particularly enjoy working closely with small groups and with individuals. Tailoring my guidance to meet their specific needs. During the past 3 years, I have had the pleasure of working with many clients who speak English as a second language.

I also have a keen interest in the field of emotional intelligence and its profound impact on leadership effectiveness. Exploring this allows me to assist corporate leaders in developing a powerful and empathetic leadership style that resonates with their teams.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my new family. Additionally, I have a passion for the sea, and you may frequently find me swimming, scuba diving, or free diving, embracing the tranquility (and challenges!) that the water provides.
